Molly has recently joined us to specialise in recruiting within operational risk across Asset management. She has two years’ experience recruiting across technical disciplines including risk and engineering within Australia. One of her career highlights recruiting within risk is that she was recently involved with the successful recruiting of the BROP (Better risk outcomes programme) team at the Commonwealth Bank off the back of the Royal Commission.
