Tanya Macey has won and executed Global Board and CxO level mandates in-house at Unilever, Microsoft and Deloitte and via Alexander Mann Solutions Executive RPO and Exec Search businesses. Specialising in functional agnostic roles across Digital Native, Technology, Analytics and Climate and Sustainability including accreditations to deliver bespoke leadership assessments. She brings her passionate for building trusted partnerships and relationships on topics of thought and inclusive leadership and EDI insights to her client services role at Barclay Simpson. Volunteering as an Ambassador for STEM, SEN and social mobility and continuing with Psychology studies part-time, BPS undergraduate member.
