Conduct Supervision – Senior Manager
My client is looking for an experienced Senior Manager to join their Conduct of Business, Supervision team. The successful candidate will oversee the risk-based supervision of various business models and regulated entities, ensuring compliance with financial services regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a range of regulated entities, conducting risk assessments and reviews.
- Analyze financial and non-financial data, identifying emerging risk trends.
- Conduct discussions with senior management to gather information and provide feedback.
- Ensure compliance with internal supervision standards, processes, and procedures.
- Lead on-site examinations and prepare detailed reports on findings and recommendations.
- Provide technical guidance internally and externally to support risk-based supervision.
- Monitor international and regional regulatory developments to ensure best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of regulatory, compliance, or risk management experience, preferably in Conduct of Business.
- Strong knowledge of financial services regulations and international standards.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
