Compliance Operations Leader
A leading investment organisation in the Middle East is seeking someone to lead the operations of their compliance function. Working closely with the Head of Compliance, the role will oversee all operational projects and initiatives in compliance, ensuring that they are delivered effectively. You will work with stakeholders to develop project plans and manage the processes and stakeholder relationships so that they run efficiently. You will also be responsible for enhancing compliance delivery processes, ensure operations are at their most efficient and that the compliance team’s productivity is optimised.
Candidates should have experience of managing operational effectiveness with a compliance, risk or audit environment. An excellent understanding of the investment industry and related regulatory processes will be required, alongside project management implementation and team leadership.
