Compliance Officer – Netherlands
I am working with a leading Global Asset Management group who are looking to hire a lead compliance officer for their Netherlands Complance function. The Compliance function provides oversight of compliance with regulatory requirements within EMEA and for the sale of EMEA domiciled products and strategies globally.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead compliance oversight function for the Netherlands office (Registered Officer)
- Providing advice and challenge to the Investments team.
- Approving and advising on marketing material.
- Liasing with relevant regulators including AFM and DNB
- Provinding support to other European offices and wider Group Compliance function
- Review of regulatory change framework and implementation.
- Providing advice and regulatory support to launch new products
Skills required:
- Strong communication skills including Dutch language skill preferred
- Experience within the Asset Management industry
- Extensive compliance background covering AML and Financial Promotions
