Legal Counsel
I’m supporting a buy side client I have worked with for years to find a new Lawyer for their team.
The company works with a variety of professional clients and some ultra high net worth individuals as well. They have offices across UK, Europe and US and have c$50 billion AUM.
They are a business I have worked with for years and placed with multiple times. Culturally they can offer a really friendly team and environment as well as a very good work life balance.
The role will support a broad corporate and commercial spread of work including private markets funds work.
The team is looking for a more junior option this time to support them across a number of areas.
They will consider from NQ upwards and are most interested in someone at least having a reasonable understanding of private markets fund structures.
They are looking for someone who wants to be part of a team and is happy to support across a number of areas.

They are unable to provide sponsorship and need you to be a Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales or from a common law country.
