My client is an Insurance firm looking to hire a compliance monitoring and advisory officer.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Insurance compliance officer to join a firm with hybrid working 2 days a week in the London office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring & Advisory:
- Regularly assess the effectiveness of compliance measures and address deficiencies.
- Advise and assist staff with regulatory compliance.
- Risk Assessment:
- Maintain the Compliance Risk Universe by identifying, prioritising, and mitigating key risks.
- Policies & Procedures:
- Design, implement, and review policies ensuring regulatory risk control.
- Keep staff informed of policy updates.
- Education & Advice:
- Implement regulatory changes and ensure staff awareness.
- Coordinate compliance training and provide timely, practical advice.
- Monitoring & Reporting:
- Execute quarterly monitoring programs and produce formal reports for senior management and the board.
- Present monitoring outcomes to relevant committees and escalate unresolved issues.
You must have Insurance regulatory compliance knowledge.
Salary is up to £85k on the base
Hybrid working 2 days a week in the London office.
