BCM Manager – DORA

The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced BCM Manager with deep expertise in Disaster Recovery (DR) and a solid understanding of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA). You’ll play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust business continuity and disaster recovery frameworks that keep us compliant, prepared, and resilient.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of our Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery strategies, ensuring alignment with DORA requirements.

Own the development and testing of BCM and DR plans across critical business functions.

Conduct risk assessments, business impact analyses, and scenario testing to validate readiness.

Partner with IT, Risk, and business units to embed BCM into the wider resilience framework.

Support regulatory reporting, audits, and stakeholder communication.
What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience in Business Continuity Management and Disaster Recovery Planning, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector.

Strong knowledge of DORA, operational resilience frameworks, and regulatory expectations.

Ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage resilience initiatives end-to-end.

A proactive mindset and a passion for building scalable, future-proof solutions
