Sophie Spencer

Having worked at Barclay Simpson for over a decade, I count myself as very fortunate to have been given so many opportunities to develop my recruitment skills across such a wide range of different markets and geographies. I have also been involved in many projects outside of recruitment, including graduate training, a database migration and diversity initiatives. I have hugely appreciated the flexibility and trust that the company has provided, allowing me to raise a family whilst working full-time and developing my career to senior management level. The people at Barclay Simpson really are the best, and I have always felt valued, supported, and very lucky to the part of the team!
