This exciting Insurance company has a unique opportunity for an experienced Resilience professional to step into an Operational Resilience & BCM Specialist role in order to enhance the Operational Resilience framework and bring the BCM function into a higher level of maturity. This is a great opportunity as the organisation promotes internal progression and provides a competitive package.
In this role you will be responsible for conducting BIA’s, testing plans, conducting scenario testing, map important business services, assist with self-assessments, amongst other responsibilities.
To be successful with your application you must have hands on experience with either Business Continuity or Operational Resilience.
You will have access to a competitive benefits package including an annual bonus, pension contribution of 10% which can be matched up to a further 5%, Income protection, Critical illness, Private medical, amongst other benefits. The client requires 3 days a week in the London office and 2 days remote.
