Barclay Simpson has partnered with an international Insurance firm to bring on a Business Resilience Analyst for their growing resilience team. You will have the opportunity to work across BCM, Crisis Management, Ops Res FCA/PRA regs, and DORA.
This role is a new role in which you will be responsible for assisting with the implementations of frameworks, designing and supporting stress testing, annually reviewing BC plans, setting impact tolerances, conducting training and awareness, amongst other responsibilities.
In order to be successful in your application, you should have a good understanding of Business Continuity or Ops Res, they are happy to teach up on areas you are unfamiliar with such as DORA.
The role is London based and requires 2 days a week in the office and 3 days a week remote. There are benefits such as a bonus, non-contribution pension, private medical, and other benefits included.
