Company Secretary

Working for a world renowned investment organisation,  this role as Company Secretary will be to provide the Board of Directors with advice and guidance on governance issues to ensure that they are compliant with legislation and guidelines from global activities. Diverse duties will range from negotiating and preparing governance related documents on investments and transactions, to acting as Company Secretary in the preparation of board meetings.  You will be the key person in ensuring that the Board and management are fully updated on governance issues, that an adequate governance framework is in place and that appropriate systems, processes and training are established.

This is a key role for an experienced company secretary or governance professional who has a good understanding of investment processes.  You will be working in a sophisticated business environment that undertakes high value transactions and where you will undertake a challenging and rewarding role.  This will be rewarded with an excellent package and career opportunity.
