Compliance Director – Regulatory Consulting

My client is a well-known Global Regulatory Consulting practice. Due to an increase in client demand and a strong project pipeline we are now seeking additional consultants from either Consultancy or the Regulator to join the Financial Services practice.

You will be experienced in leading projects at client sites (and working remotely) and have deep knowledge of Retail Financial Services including Consumer Duty, Consumer Credit, Lending, Mortgages and Payments.

Key responsibilities will include, providing advice on PRA and FCA permissions and authorisations, carrying out regulatory due diligence, supporting on conduct and governance, assisting in building robust frameworks, carrying out compliance assurance reviews, advise on regulatory returns, support clients with product development and new regulated activities,  assist with regulatory training and support clients who may be subject to regulatory supervision.

This role would suit an experienced consultant who is seeking their next step on the career ladder and enjoys a busy role with a collaborative team.
