Role Summary
- Implement and deliver a Compliance Monitoring Programme.
- Conduct reviews testing internal controls.
- Provide expert compliance advice and promote a positive compliance culture.
- Oversee compliance registers (e.g., Gifts, Conflicts, Personal Dealing) and manage FCA reporting.
- Support compliance training, awareness initiatives, and regulatory horizon scanning.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver insights on compliance and risk management.
- Build strong relationships with business functions to ensure ongoing compliance.
You must have
- Regulatory compliance experience from a financial services firm.
- Compliance monitoring experience.
- Regulatory compliance understanding including but not limited to COBS and SYSC.
Package
- Up to £57,000 on the base .
- 15% pension.
- 30 days holiday .
- Hybrid working.
