Data Protection Manager – Tokyo

I am looking for a Data Protection Manager for a Tokyo-based global, $50b organisation.
This morning, I was briefed by the Chief Privacy Officer / line manager who needs someone to take ownership of their whole Japanese DP function and for the right candidate it be a stepping stone to an APAC Data Protection Officer position.
Package includes ¥13m salary, 10% bonus, hybrid working solutions, a UK business working culture, and much more.
Their DP framework is in a fair position, and they are looking for someone who can work with autonomy, with the right skills and experience to take it to a great position.
A hybrid position, all colleagues visit the office 2-3 days a week.
Unfortunately, I can only consider candidates based in Tokyo who can speak and write business level Japanese and English.
