I have an exciting opportunity to join a growing audit team as the EMEA Audit Manager in one of the largest global asset managers. This role will have line management responsibilities, be responsible for delivering the regional audit plan and is also part of a succession plan.
This person should have significant experience of auditing alternative investments as this is a strategic growth area for the company and the audit team lacks current experience in this area. This person is a critical hire and part of the plan to double the size of the Regional Audit team in the next 5 years. This person will have significant asset management internal audit experience, certainly managing delivery of their own audits. Any IT audit exposure or expertise would be helpful but not necessarily expected.
Hybrid working is 3 days a week in the office, which is City/West End based. Given the time of year, compensation for loss of bonus will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Travel is relatively low, more for networking and building personal brand than an expectation to travel on audits. Benefits and bonuses are amongst the best in the industry.
