Enterprise Risk Director
My client is looking for a director-level risk manager with strong ICAAP/ICARA experience to lead the production of the annual ICAAP process and capital assessments.
This is a hands-on role that generates and enhances all aspects of the ICAAP and ICARA documents, as well as provides strategic direction for implementing a robust end-to-end process.
In addition, they want someone who can design, implement, and manage a robust capital assessment process and be accountable for recommending stress test scenarios.
This is a managerial role with a team of 3 direct reports.
The ideal candidate will come from a large CIB, have demonstrable experience of capital assessment, and be fully conversant in the end-to-end ICAAP process.
