I have been given the exclusive mandate to recruit for this rapidly growing niche Investment Company. It also provides services to other financial services customers, largely pensions companies. This is a unique opportunity to establish and develop an audit function from scratch.
The ideal candidate will have either an investments or pensions background, experience of managing and/or building a team, experience of working with or ideally managing a co-source relationship and be credible with senior stakeholders as this role will report to the CEO. Any prior regulatory exposure could also be helpful.
The company has a friendly and supportive culture and operates a hybrid working model with the expectation that employees will spend at least 50% of their time in the office which is based in the City. There will be limited travel.
