Head of Professional Practices – Banking Audit

This international corporate and investment bank is seeking a new Head of Professional Practices based in London. The prior Head and team member have both moved internally into the wider audit function as part of their career development.

Ideal candidates will have prior Professional Practices and/or QA type audit experience in Financial Services organisations. Candidates without explicit Professional Practices experience will be considered but they must have internal audit experience from Financial Services organisations with respected functions and be able to demonstrate their interest e.g. have been involved in implementing audit software, secondments to QA/Professional Practices departments etc.

The bank is very supportive and keen to provide training and development opportunities. The work life balance is good with hybrid working and an expectation of being in the office around 50% of the time. Bonus levels are known for being market leading and other benefits too are generous.
