Insurance Supervision – Associate Director
I am working with a UAE based Regulator on their search for an Associate Director in Insurance Supervision. The role is based in Dubai and main purpose will be to lead and manage a team of 4 Supervisors covering their Insurance sector regulated entities.
Main responsibilities include:
- Supervision of regulated entities
- Provide technical guidance to the team
- Strategy Formulation, Implementation, Planning & Projects
- People & Team management
- Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
- Documentation & Reporting
- Other Ad-hoc Related Assignments
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Relevant Financial or Risk related field
- At least 10 years of Regulatory Experience
- Direct experience in a Supervisory capacity to the Insurance Sector
- Fluent verbal and written English
