Investment Performance Analyst
Location: London (Hybrid)

Are you passionate about investment performance, risk, and reporting? We are partnering with a respected investment management firm looking for a Performance Analyst to join their growing team. This hybrid opportunity sits across Performance, Investment Risk, and Client Reporting, with a strong emphasis on performance analysis and the chance to contribute to strategic firm-wide projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Delivering in-depth performance analysis for equity portfolios, including return and attribution reporting.

Supporting the investment risk manager with monitoring risk exposures across multi-asset portfolios.

Creating and maintaining client-facing reports, ensuring high quality and accuracy.

Collaborating with various teams on strategic improvement initiatives across performance and reporting.

Managing and validating performance data, ensuring integrity across systems and dashboards.

Working closely with portfolio managers and risk teams to deliver timely insights.

Continuously enhancing analytical methodologies and reporting processes.
Requirements:

Experience in Performance, Investment Risk, or Client Reporting within asset management, a hedge fund, or a similar environment.

Strong understanding of performance attribution and risk metrics.

Familiarity with tools like Bloomberg, FactSet, or other performance systems.

Excellent analytical and communication skills – you’re confident presenting complex data clearly.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, managing multiple priorities.

A proactive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently.

A degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or a related discipline is preferred.
