I am supporting one of my Qatar based Banking clients on a search for an IT Audit Manager to join them in their head office in Doha.
Previous experience within Banking across the Middle East region and at least 5 years in an IT Audit role is an essential requirement for this role.
Experience in Application Systems Audits will be a distinct advantage.
Arabic language skills would also be advantageous.
Main duties include:
- Conduct audits of cybersecurity infrastructure, assessing systems, applications, and data security.
- Ensure compliance with internal security policies and industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS).
- Identify security risks and recommend enhancements to mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Use vulnerability assessment tools to detect system and network weaknesses.
- Perform penetration testing to simulate cyber-attacks and assess security measures.
- Utilize forensic investigation tools to analyze security incidents and breaches.
- Knowledge of security technologies like firewalls, intrusion detection, encryption, and SIEM solutions.
- Prepare audit reports with findings, compliance gaps, and recommendations for management and stakeholders.
