Our client is a global investment bank looking to hire into their legal team that focuses on Distressed Products.

The individual will be working in a tight knit group and will receive support from the MD, Directors and VPs in the team.

The key function of the role is to manage the receipt and delivery of confidential information in support of the desk’s trading functions.

You will be drafting and negotiating confidentiality agreements, liaising with the compliance team to ensure maintenance of restricted trading lists along with reviewing and analyzing credit agreements

This is a front office facing role which will see you work with traders, sales and sourcing teams and customers to ensure confidential information is exchanged on an expedited basis to meet trading deadlines

As this is a Legal Associate role you need not be a qualified lawyer. An experienced paralegal or legal analyst/associate with a few years of experience covering NDA and working on the trading floor would make for a great fit.
