Role Description

• As an Operational Risk Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks across the organization.
• You will be responsible for raising risk awareness & developing and implementing robust risk management frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a culture of risk awareness. Your duties will include conducting risk assessments, monitoring key risk indicators, and leading risk mitigation initiatives.
• Collaborating with various departments, you will provide expert advice on risk-related matters and contribute to the continuous improvement of our risk management processes. Additionally, you will prepare detailed risk reports for senior management and participate in the development of business continuity plans.

Skills Needed

• The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in risk management within a small – medium size Asset/Investment manager, with a particular emphasis on operational risk.
• A thorough understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements is essential.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically are crucial for success in this role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effectively collaborating with different teams and presenting risk findings to senior management
