Role Description

• As a Risk Manager, you will assist in the continuous development and embedding of the Risk Management Framework across the Group.
• You will lead the day-to-day operations of the Group’s risk management processes, engaging with the business on risk-related matters and serving as the first point of contact for risk inquiries.
• Key responsibilities include preparing and delivering risk management workshops, completing Key Risk Assessment and Appetite statements, developing top-down key risk assessments and scenario analysis, assisting in the production of the Group’s Internal Capital and Risk Assessment (ICARA), and managing the Group’s Key Risk Dashboard and monthly reporting.
• You will guide the business in completing Risk and Control Self Assessments, capturing and escalating risk events, and conducting Deep Dives into specific areas of focus.

Skills Needed

• Proven experience in financial services risk management, ideally in investment or wealth management
• Confidence to lead and present work up to Board level
• Ability to prioritize work in a pressurized environment
