Senior Legal Counsel

I’m pleased to bring to market a new mandate with a fantastic software and cloud solutions provider looking for a senior lawyer to join their specialist team.

This role can be offered fully remote and will be ideal for people that want to move away form dealing with customer and vendor enquiries and get fully immersed in technical drafting for some incredibly exciting projects.

This is a highly technical and specialised team supporting the business on a global scale. Where there are complex queries the local legal teams come to this central division for assistance.

You will train and mentor local lawyers, provide as much simplicity as possible to complex problems and structures, assist in mitigating risk across all ‘local’ contracts and take responsibility for the most technical aspects of drafting.

This will only suit someone who comes from an outsourcing background and can demonstrate considerable experience with creating bespoke agreements. Anyone who is used to simply utilising pre-existing templates will be unlikely to be the right fit for them.

They need you to be able to assist on areas like service levels and liquidated damages etc.
