Senior Legal Counsel
Barclay Simpson have been engaged by one of our longstanding banking clients to start a search for an experienced banking and finance lawyer to join the team for a 6 month FTC.
The position will see you work with a team of experienced lawyers on a wide variety of matters pertaining to banking and finance in additional to corporate lending.
The ideal candidate will be of at least 5 years PQE and will have experience working on a wide variety of financing matters. Experience working on more general commercial contracts and data protection matters is a plus but not an absolute necessity.
The role is full time and will require candidates to come into the London office only once per week. The role offers a dynamic work environment couple with really interesting matters to take on from day one.
