Role Description
As a Risk Framework Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining the ERM framework, ensuring it aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Reporting to the Associate Director of Risk, you will lead risk assessments, monitor key risks, and collaborate with senior management to drive effective risk mitigation strategies across the Group.
Key responsibilities include leading the development of the risk taxonomy, conducting regular risk assessments, and supporting the implementation of risk management policies. You will also provide training on risk management principles, stay updated on emerging risks, and lead risk assessment workshops. This role involves significant stakeholder engagement, including presenting risk analysis to senior management and serving as a contact point for auditors and clients.
