Paul joined Barclay Simpson in late 2018 and has 19 years’ experience as Finance and Operations Director within recruitment firms. He is responsible for the Back-office Support teams covering Accounts, Administration, Marketing and IT. His role is also to support the Business leaders across the whole company to drive Barclay Simpson forward. He is a Certified Chartered Accountant and has an MBA from Henley Business School.
