I joined in 2016 with the opportunity to make a difference and was offered the freedom and support to create a team which I am immensely proud of. The management team at Barclay Simpson provided a supportive and flexible working environment for me to realise my vision of leading the Risk Recruitment team in the UK through listening to what our clients want and delivering on our promise. My team is geographically spread across the UK and the balance of trust and professionalism has created a fun and enjoyable working environment. Through a clear and achievable career pathway, I have had four promotions from Team Lead to Senior Director.
